We take the guesswork out of your meal planning by providing all items you will need to cook your chosen meal options by doing ¾ of the prep ourselves for your ease and convenience. All Protein options will arrive fully prepped, marinated and vacuum sealed for your ease. We offer Full Flavour, GF/Celiac, Keto, Vegetarian and Low Sodium options for your meal choices. Using Recycled/Compostable containment for your orders helps us help the earth and keep your recycling to a minimum. 

 

All of our meals take 20 - 45 minutes, from start to finish, so you can spend more time doing the things you love to do, with the people you really want to do them with. We will be offering your meal choices a week in advance so you can plan your busy lives and take the guesswork out of what dinner will be!
